Once you sign up for your Child's Free Speech and Language Screening, you will be contacted by a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist who will discuss your concerns and your child's needs. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and provide additional recommendations, if needed. Moving forward, a formal evaluation will be conducted to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. We ask you to please fill out the new patient form below, prior to the screening.
